Sydney Corporate Transfers (“SCT”) offers its ground transfer services subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of Bookings

SCT requires details of a valid Visa Card, Mastercard or American Express card before accepting a reservation unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to.

SCT reserves the right to charge your credit card all applicable charges either prior to the journey’s commencement or after the completion of the journey.

SCT reserves the right to refuse a request if the details of the credit card provided are found to be invalid, or the requested service is deemed by SCT to be unserviceable.

For all reservation requests made by email, we will reply to your request via email confirming the service/s requested are booked.

Point to Point Transfers

Point to point transfers are fixed price services and any additional stops or detour during the transfer will incur extra charges. All road tolls and airport parking fees are additional and will be added to the fare total. A $44.00 surcharge applies to all services between 2200 – 0500 hrs.

Vehicle Type

Vehicle type is not guaranteed and can vary from Hyundai Genesis, Holden Caprice to European sedans depending on availability. SCT will endeavour to meet your specific vehicle request (i.e. European car request) but cannot guarantee availability.

Waiting Time Charges

SCT offers a 10-minute grace period for all point to point transfers. Additional charges will apply in 15-minute increments beyond the grace period at our hourly rate of $99.00 per hour.

Airport Pick Up Fees and Road Tolls

Airport pick up fees and road tolls are additional and will be added to the fare total.

Current Domestic Terminals (T2 and T3) pick up fee is $11.17 for up to 15 minutes.

Current International Terminal (T1) pick up fee is $14.73 for up to 55 minutes.

Grace Periods

Grace periods are 20 minutes for domestic airport pickups and 55 minutes for international airport pickups from the flight touch down time. Additional waiting time charges will apply beyond the grace periods. The grace period for point to point transfers is 10 minutes, and if waiting goes beyond the grace period, we will charge from the actual pick up time.

Special Events

A surcharge will apply to all special events and sporting events services, and the price will be provided upon request.

Hourly Bookings

The minimum number of hours for hourly or as-directed service is 2 hours, and any additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments.

Cancellations

A minimum of two hours’ notice is required for cancellation of a point to point transfer, except for bookings before 0800 hrs. For cancellation of bookings before 0800 hrs, notice must be given by phone (0416 196 604) no later than 1900 hrs the night before, or a late cancellation fee will be charged for the full amount of the booked service.

A “No Show” for a point to point transfer is considered a late cancellation and will result in the full amount of the booked service being charged.

In the event that you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact us on 0416 196 604 (+61 416 196 604 International) for assistance, or a “No Show” charge for the full amount of the booked service will apply.

Sydney Corporate Transfers reserves the right to amend, modify or change any of the above terms and conditions without any notice.
